Information we collect
The site assessment form is designed to collect contact details, company information, facility location and service requirements so Farol can respond to an enquiry and prepare for a requested visit.
How information is used
Information submitted through the form should be used to respond to the request, coordinate the assessment and prepare related service communications. It should not be added to marketing lists without separate consent.
Storage and service providers
The site is hosted with Hostinger. Form submissions are delivered by email through Hostinger's SMTP service and are not stored in a database or third-party CRM. No analytics or marketing tools are currently connected to the site. Retention periods for submitted enquiries have not yet been defined.
Your choices
The final notice should explain how a person can request access, correction or deletion of their information, withdraw applicable consent or ask a privacy question.
